Qualifications of Directors

COL070307 CH. 2 FORMATION OF CORPORATIONS The Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws may prescribe qualifications for directors. A director need not be a resident of Guam unless the Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws so prescribe.
