Articles as Prima Facie Evidence

A copy of any articles of incorporation filed with the Director of Revenue and Taxation in pursuance of this Part and duly certified by the COL070307 CH. 2 FORMATION OF CORPORATIONS Director shall be received in the courts and all other places as prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated.
