View official PDF ↗Before any corporation may file with the Director of Revenue and Taxation its articles or an amendment to its articles, or an agreement for consolidation or merger, which would permit the corporation to conduct the business of acting as executor, administrator, guardian of estates, assignee, COL070307 CH. 2 FORMATION OF CORPORATIONS receiver, depository or trustee under appointment of any court or by authority of law, there must be attached thereto a certificate of approval of the Governor of Guam. Before any corporation whose purpose includes, or is to include, that of an investment company or international finance company, or both, may file with the Director of Revenue & Taxation its articles or an amendment to its articles, or an agreement for consolidation or merger which would permit the corporation to conduct the business of acting as an investment company or international finance company, or both, there must be attached thereto a certificate of approval by the Administrator under the Uniform Securities Act indicating compliance with and satisfaction of the requirements of [§ 45202 of the Government Code and any rules relating thereto prescribed by the Administrator pursuant to [§ 45412 of the Government Code.
