Amendment of Foreign Registration Statement

(a)A registered foreign cooperative shall deliver to the Director of Revenue and Taxation for filing an amendment to its foreign registration statement if there is a change in:

(1)the name of the cooperative;

(2)the cooperative’s jurisdiction of formation;

(3)an address required by § 171503(a)(4); or

(4)the information required by § 171503(a)(5).
