Specific Enforcement of Contract with Member or

Stockholder. A contract entered into by a member or stockholder of a nonprofit cooperative association or corporation, providing for the delivery to such association or corporation of products produced or acquired by the member or stockholder, may be specifically enforced by the association or corporation to secure the delivery to it of such products, any provisions contained in this Code [Guam Code Annotated] to the contrary notwithstanding.
