Conflicting Laws: Exemptions

Any provisions of law which are in conflict with this Chapter shall not be construed as applying to the associations herein provided for. Application of Exemptions. Any exemptions under any and all existing laws applying to agricultural products in the possession or under the control of the individual producer shall apply similarly and completely to such products delivered by its farmer members in the possession or under the control of the association.
