Entry with Intent to Cause Fight

Every person who at any time enters any school campus maintained by the Department of Education with the intent of entering into a fight with any person or causing disruption on said school campus is guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment for not more than thirty

(30)days, or both.
