17 GCA § 6105
Exception for the 1997-1998 School Year
View official PDF ↗Notwithstanding the provisions of § 6102 of this Chapter, for the School Year 1997-1998, any parent, guardian or other person having control or charge of any child who will reach the age of five
(5)years within one hundred twenty-five
(125)days after the beginning of classes, may, at that person’s option, choose not to send such child to school for that school year.
