Applicability of this Chapter for Certification of DOE

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 17 — Education

Educators. The Commission shall be the Educator Certification authority for all Department of Education Educators no later than the earlier of the completion of a transition period following the enactment of this Chapter or October 1, 2008.
