Saving Clause

This Act does not explicitly pre-empt other laws or regulations that preserve to a greater degree the powers of I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan or the Judiciary; provided, that such laws or regulations are consistent, and do not otherwise restrict or interfere with, the operation or enforcement of this Act.
