Teachers: Qualifications

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 17 — Education

Persons employed in a teaching supervisory capacity in the public schools of Guam shall be permanent residents of the United States of good COL622016 CH. 5 TEACHING moral character, and shall hold a qualifying certificate issued by the Superintendent.
