Grandfather Clause
View official PDF ↗Existing businesses located within any public building or public facility shall not be displaced, and shall be allowed to continue such business operation. Any business grandfathered in by this Section that ceases or forfeits their operations, activities or business license shall be subjected to comply with this Act. ---------- COL1/11/2022
