Exemptions

This Article shall not apply to the Department of Education public school facilities, the Guam Community College and to the University of Guam. Vending facilities applicable to food services as a direct service to patients, institutionalized persons, inmates or wards are exempted under this Article for the Department of Corrections and Department of Youth Affairs, Guam Memorial Hospital Authority, and the Guam Behavioral Health and Wellness Center by this Article.
