Submission of Budget
View official PDF ↗Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the Board shall submit its annual operating budget and such capital improvement budgets as it finds necessary directly to I Liheslaturan Guåhan no later than the fifteenth
(15th)day of February of every year.
