United States and Guam Flags: Duty of the District Boards
View official PDF ↗The Board shall provide for each public school suitable flags of the United States and Guam, both of which shall be hoisted at each school during all-day sessions, weather permitting. The Board shall also provide smaller and suitable United States and Guam flags to be displayed in each schoolroom at all times during the school sessions.
