Collective Bargaining Agreement
View official PDF ↗The Board shall appoint a negotiating team to handle negotiations between the DOE and any exclusive bargaining unit representing teachers and other support staff for collective bargaining agreements. The Board shall have the authority to render final approval on behalf of the DOE for such agreements.
