Special Assistant Attorney General
View official PDF ↗The Attorney General shall assist the Board or the DOE in all litigation in which the Board or the DOE is interested; provided, that the Attorney General shall designate the attorney for the Board or the DOE as a Special Assistant Attorney General for such purpose at no cost to the Board or to the DOE.
