Dissolution

COL292017 CH. 29 RESEARCH CORPORATION OF THE UNIVERSITY OF GUAM In the event of the dissolution of the Corporation, all of its property, real, personal, and mixed, and wheresoever situated, shall vest immediately and absolutely in the University of Guam.
