Same: Benefits

(a)Students entitled to scholarships pursuant to § 28806 of COL6/24/2021 CH. 28 STUDENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION this Article shall receive the following benefit: a scholarship in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000), issued in two

(2)equal installments of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2500) each. The first

(1st)installment shall be payable at the beginning of the first

(1st)semester of Recipient’s freshman year at the University of Guam. The second

(2nd)installment shall be paid in the beginning of the first

(1st)semester of the Recipient’s senior year at the University of Guam.
