Rules and Regulations

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 17 — Education

All rules and regulations adopted by the Educator Corps Council prior to the enactment of this Article shall remain effective unless they are amended or repealed by the Board in a manner consistent with § 28105 of this Chapter.
