Responsibility of the Agency

Employees enrolled in this program shall be allowed administrative leave with pay to attend classes during working COL6/24/2021 CH. 28 STUDENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION hours. In the case of graduate M.P.A. and M.B.A. students, the agency shall allow full-time administrative leave with pay during the last semester in which the scholarship recipient performs required research toward his or her special project or thesis. Actual class time shall not be used for the accumulation of overtime, nor compensatory time.
