Rules and Regulations

The Board shall develop rules and regulations pursuant to the Administrative Adjudication Law for the administration of the program enacted by this Article. In addition to the administration of the program, such rules and regulations shall include provisions for:

(a)conditions for continuance of an award;

(b)construction of applicable promissory notes;

(c)time frames for the completion of program studies; and
