Use of Merit Award Benefits at the Guam

Community College. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, Merit Award recipients are permitted to use their Merit Award benefits for attendance at the Guam Community College for their freshman and sophomore years. The University of Guam shall collaborate with the Guam Community College to ensure Merit Award recipients are fully aware of the timeline for graduation, the courses that are approved for transfer as cited in the various articulation agreements, and any procedures that need to be put in place for the use of Merit Award benefits at the Guam Community College.
