Reporting Requirements

The Board shall submit a report of the Student Financial Assistance Programs for Higher Education to I Maga’lahen Guåhan (the Governor of Guam) and to the Speaker of I COL6/24/2021 CH. 28 STUDENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION Liheslaturan Guåhan no later than one

(1)month from the end of the Academic Year which, at the very least, shall contain the following information: the total number of recipients under this Chapter, sorted by new and continuing recipients; the total number of students that have completed their degrees under Article 3, sorted by program; the total amount expended for the academic year; and any other information that I Liheslatura will deem helpful in the review of the programs in this Chapter. ---------ARTICLE 2 MERIT AWARDS TO THE UNIVERSITY OF GUAM (For Academic Years 2013-2014 and Thereafter)
