Prioritization of Awards

Beginning in the 2013-2014 award year, the Board shall adopt, by resolution, a listing of awarding priorities prior to awarding students under Article 3 of this Chapter. Awarding priorities shall be established every three

(3)years or sooner if requested by the President of the University.
