Prohibition

(a)No awards shall be granted under this Chapter for the purposes of pursuing theological studies.

(b)No money may be expended for awards under this Chapter unless such awards are authorized by the Board, by resolution. Any officer who disburses or certifies any expenditure from the Fund without such authorization shall be personally liable for the restitution of such expenditure to the Fund.
