Administration
View official PDF ↗The provisions of this Chapter shall be administered by the Board of Regents of the University of Guam, and all awards provided by this Chapter shall be granted by the Board. The Board of Regents may delegate to the management of the University, its authority granted under any administrative rules COL6/24/2021 CH. 28 STUDENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION and regulations.
