Compensation
View official PDF ↗A Commission member shall receive compensation for serving on the Commission in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50) for each Commission meeting attended. A member is entitled to reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred in performing functions as a member of the Commission, subject to any applicable limitation on reimbursement provided by the General Appropriations Act. The compensation of the members of the Commission who are public employees shall not be reduced by the agency or body by which they are regularly employed for any absence from service occasioned by attendance upon the business of the commission, its committees or subcommittees.
