Fines and Penalties

Upon determination of the Review Board through the approved rules and regulations, any investigator, research sponsor or their agents, which conducts research subject to regulation in violation of this Chapter shall be subject to a fine of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per each violation, and shall be prohibited from continuing and conducting human research studies for not less than two

(2)years. The Dean of the Graduate School and Research shall refer any cases determined by the Review Board as a valid violation to the Attorney General=s Office for investigation and prosecution.
