Due Diligence of the Dr. Antonio C. Yamashita Educator

Corps.

(a)The Dr. Antonio C. Yamashita School of Education shall, within sixty

(60)days after the enactment of this Act, submit to I Liheslaturan Guåhan and I Maga’lahen Guåhan a strategic plan review of existing scholarship funding levels, continuing appropriations, anticipated collections, projected expenditures and projected contributions of the Dr. Antonio C. Yamashita School of Education in carrying out the provisions of this Article.

(b)The Dr. Antonio C. Yamashita School of Education shall limit the numbers of participating educators according to available funding levels.

(c)The Dr. Antonio C. Yamashita School of Education shall provide the legislative committee with oversight over student financial assistance and legislative committee with oversight over the government of Guam budget, semester reports of participation and financial needs to carry out the provisions of this Article.

(4)The Dr. Antonio C. Yamashita Educator Corps shall apply its best management efforts to reduce operating costs and expenditures in meeting the objectives of this Article.
