Funding

Funding for the Dr. Antonio C. Yamashita Educator Corps to administer and conduct the program in this Article may come from any or all of the following sources:

(a)Direct appropriation by I Liheslaturan Guåhan for the express purpose of funding the program created by this Article;

(b)Appropriations made to the Dr. Antonio C. Yamashita Educator Corps;

(c)Collections of past due amounts resulting from participants’ failure to complete service credit requirements;

(d)The operation budget of the Department of Education for staff development;

(e)Federal funds secured by the Department of Education for staff development; and
