Academic Advisor and Program Contract

Each Counselor Corps program participant shall have an academic advisor who shall, with the student, develop a complete academic plan that results in the granting of a graduate degree, within a normally prescribed period of time, in the academic course of study necessary to attain certification as a guidance counselor in the Department of Education or the Guam Community College. This plan shall be examined by the appropriate University officials and the Educator Corps Administrator, and upon their approval, shall constitute a contract between the student and the School of Education.
