Budget and Compensation

The budget for salaries, stipends, travel and operational requirements shall be submitted annually by the School of Education for approval by I Liheslaturan Guahan. I Liheslaturan Guahan shall appropriate funds to the University of Guam which shall disburse them pursuant to the directives and policies of the School of Education. Unexpended funds shall be maintained in a continuing budget appropriation for use by the School of Education only for purposes authorized in this Section in succeeding budget cycles.
