The Dr. Antonio C. Yamashita Educator Corps: Creation

There is hereby created ‘The Dr. Antonio C. Yamashita Educator Corps (‘Educator Corps’) composed of the Guam Teacher Corps, the Guam Counselor Corps, the Fifth-Year Induction Corps, and the Guam Principal Corps.
