University Revenue Fund
View official PDF ↗The indenture may provide for the creation of a fund to be designated as the University Revenue Fund and may create one
(1)or more accounts therein. All revenues pledged to secure bonds shall be deposited as provided in the indenture authorizing the issuance of such bonds and shall be used for the purposes provided by this Chapter and by the indenture authorizing the issuance of such bonds.
