Refunding Bonds

COL120106 CH. 17 THE UNIVERSITY OF GUAM REVENUE BOND A CT OF 1966 The Board, with the approval of the Governor, may provide for the issuance, sale or exchange of refunding bonds for the purpose of redeeming or retiring any bonds issued under the provisions of this Chapter. All provisions of this Chapter, applicable to the issuance of bonds are applicable to the funding or refunding bonds and to the issuance, sale or exchange thereof.
