Temporary or Interim Bonds, Certificates or Receipts
View official PDF ↗Pending the actual issuance or delivery of bonds, the Board, with the approval of the Governor, may issue temporary or interim bonds, certificates or receipts of any denomination whatsoever, and with or without coupons, to be exchanged for definitive bonds when ready for delivery.
