Financial Impact

As each of the joint meetings provided for by § 16150 of this Chapter, those assembled shall discuss as agenda items the following:

(a)the financial concerns of the three

(3)institutions as they interrelate.

(b)the possibility of consolidating programs to achieve greater economy;

(c)an assessment of the needs relating to existing programs in terms of the manpower needs of the Territory;

(d)policies concerning proper utilization of resources by the three

(3)institutions;

(e)review and assessment of academic, administrative and other programs periodically; when appropriate discontinuation of those programs that are no longer relevant and encouragement of the development of new programs that serve current needs; and

(f)other items the board may desire to discuss.
