Prohibition Against Discrimination
View official PDF ↗It shall be the policy of the University of Guam that discrimination against any individual or group for reasons of age, race, color, sex, nationality, religious belief, marital status or physical handicap is specifically prohibited under any program, employment or activity for which the Board of Regents is responsible.
