Payment of Registration Fees and License Plates
View official PDF ↗Payments for registration fees and license plates may be made by the applicant’s personal or company check or U.S. Postal Service Money Order which shall be made payable to the Treasurer of Guam and may be mailed to the Department of Revenue and Taxation or may be paid in cash to the Treasurer of Guam.
