Certificate: Contents [Previously Registered Vehicle Outside Guam]
View official PDF ↗The certificate of ownership and registration card issued upon registration of a vehicle previously registered outside Guam and every renewal and issue thereof shall give the name of the state or territory in which vehicle was last previously registered outside Guam.
