Acceptance of Prior Record of Title: Refund: Grounds
View official PDF ↗The Department of Revenue and Taxation shall refuse registration or transfer of registration upon either of the following grounds:
(a)That the application contains any false or fraudulent statement.
(b)That the required fee has not been paid.
