Acceptance of Prior Record of Title: Refund
View official PDF ↗In the event the Department of Revenue and Taxation refuses to grant an application for registration in Guam of a vehicle previously registered in a state or other territory, the Department shall immediately return to the applicant all documents submitted by the applicant with such application.
