Registration Required [Generally]
View official PDF ↗Subject to the exemptions stated in this Title, registration of the following vehicles is required when driven or moved upon a highway: Any motor vehicle, trailer, semi-trailer, pole or pipe dolly, and any dolly used to support part of the weight of a semi-trailer.
