Registration Required [Permission Presumed]
View official PDF ↗Unless expressly exempted under this Title, a person shall not drive or move, nor shall any owner permit to be driven or moved, upon a highway any vehicle which is not registered as required by this Title. CH. 7 VEHICLE LICENSE AND REGISTRATION Any vehicle, other than stolen vehicles, operated in violation of this Section, shall be presumed to have been operated with the permission of the owner.
