View official PDF ↗This Article shall be known as the Plug-In Electric Drive Motor Vehicle Rebate Program Act (Act). The Guam Energy Office
(GEO)shall develop, implement, and administer the Plug-In Electric Drive Motor Vehicle Rebate Program (Program) to provide financial assistance toward the purchase of a plug-in electric drive motor vehicle.
