Application

The provisions of this Article shall apply to all primary and secondary public utility and access easements inclusive to all improvements thereon within areas designated as Tumon Bay pursuant to this Article and any area designated as an H (Resort-Hotel) Zone pursuant to Title 21 GCA § 61311.
