School Buses: Overloading
View official PDF ↗The Director of Public Works shall insure that no public vehicle transporting students to and from school shall be so loaded that more than one
(1)student occupies a seat designed for one
(1)person or so that any student is required to stand while the vehicle is in motion. Any violation of this Section shall be a misdemeanor.
