Pedestrian’s Right of Way of Sidewalk

The operator of any motor vehicle, prior to driving over or upon any sidewalk or pedestrian path, shall yield the right of way to any pedestrian approaching thereon. Any person soliciting or handbilling on a sidewalk shall not interfere with the free right of passage of any pedestrian thereon. CH. 3 GENERAL PROVISIONS
