Entering Traffic Intersections

(a)A driver shall not enter an intersection or marked crosswalk unless there is sufficient space on the other side of the intersection or marked crosswalk to clear the intersection. CH. 3 GENERAL PROVISIONS

(b)In crossing an intersection of highways, the operator of a vehicle shall, at all times, cause such vehicle to travel on the right half of the highway, unless such right half is obstructed or impassable.
