Entering Traffic Intersections
View official PDF ↗(a)A driver shall not enter an intersection or marked crosswalk unless there is sufficient space on the other side of the intersection or marked crosswalk to clear the intersection. CH. 3 GENERAL PROVISIONS
(b)In crossing an intersection of highways, the operator of a vehicle shall, at all times, cause such vehicle to travel on the right half of the highway, unless such right half is obstructed or impassable.
